Sheriff Leon Lott, not Leon LETT, of Hazzard County South Carolina wants to arrest every doper in the state who was anywhere remotely near the party where Michael Phelps got his picture taken getting baked.
He’s already raided the home of a guy whose name was on the lease of the house at the time…because in South Carolina, long hair is still legally considered probable cause to search someone’s butt for dope.
The Sheriff wants to file charges against Phelps for smoking herb in his jurisdiction, but Michael’s lawyer brings up an excellent point…
“Your honor, there is no smoke in this bong. In fact I see no bowl either. All this picture shows, in my opinion, is my client, olympic hero Michael Phelps trying to drink water from a lamp. Which as I have been informed is NOT illegal in South Carolina.”Hey Sheriff, good luck on your new crusade to get POT out of COLLEGE. Maybe when you’re done you could get the SAND off the BEACH…or the herpes off of Steve-O.
